2 Exclusive Business Analyst opportunities, to work on a very large and flagship Data Governance and Data Quality project for top tier global Financial Services Company. You will have a good technical background but is also happy to work with business teams to elicit requirements and manage our stakeholder expectations


Key Responsibilities

  • Work with Business Teams to understand and shape the data quality processes in the business divisions.

  • Document requirements needed in our Data Quality Tool to support the data quality process.
  • Help the business teams to define and implement data quality rules and providing best practice guidelines in data quality.
  • Work with our business teams on their data quality initiatives and projects to ensure they are getting value from our toolsets.
  • Develop and deliver training material and templates to support on-boarding of the business community into our data quality tool.

To be successful you will

  • Be a Business Analyst that has worked in a Data Environment.

  • You will have a good technical background and understanding of Data management principles and how data quality is managed in a large enterprise.

  • Experience working in a data quality role or within a data governance function is a must.

  • Any hands on experience writing data quality rules and using enterprise data quality tools will be highly regarded.

  • Experience using dash boarding tool such as Power BI.

  • Data analysis skillsets and exposure to SQL highly regarded.

  • Be a a self-starter that is happy to take on ownership of their deliverables and take the initiative to drive end to end outcomes.
  • Experience writing Business Rules and taking Business requirements elicitation and documentation.
  • Strong communication skillset and the capability to facilitate workshops and training sessions.
